Member in Focus events were formerly known as our Meet the Partnership networking events.
This month we are holding this networking event at Fairmont Sports and Classics, in Hutton, Brentwood and is made possible through a collaboration between Fairmont Sports and Classics and Eye Bray Limited. These events allow members and non-members alike to network whilst enjoying some nibbles and refreshments. A great opportunity to meet new businesses from all areas of Essex, build new connections, and grow your network. A different form of marketing that brings in the social aspect whilst individuals can meet those behind the business name and build trust between each other.
David Scarborough, the owner of Fairmont, took the premises over in 2019 just before Covid hit businesses, and spent a good while repainting the premises and preparing stock for resale as his business had to endure working through the pandemic.
He has held some prestige positions within the motor trade and auction industry. Dave is fastidious about vehicle preparation and presentation as he sells the classic and sports cars, he holds which span across the popular and iconic vehicles from the 60s through to the late 90’s and beyond, having recently added a number of fast Japanese models to his stock including offerings from Subaru and Mitsibishi. Cars are purchased from private owners, collections, and specialist auction houses.
Eye Bray Limited is a provider of bespoke solutions to those who want to sophisticate what they do in preparation for certifications through standardising how they do what they do. Commonly referred to as compliance, a word hated by many, standardisation is what is behind all certifications – some often required by professional bodies – which is often a route to growth and continued success.
We work with all sorts of business at different stages of development. We appreciate that it can take a while to develop into a place where certification is most relevant. Good habits, especially when it comes to running a business, can be hard to make and keep. We aim to share the burden to make you transition smoother.
