We offer local and personal support including a full suite of HR service including Employment Contracts, Employee Handbooks, Policies, and an HR system to manage sickness and holiday absence and documents. We provide payroll services, recruiting, onboarding, and can help manage problem employees. Furthermore, we provide training both face to face and electronically and can offer mentoring. To companies that want it, we can offer more strategic services like engagement surveys and people strategies.  Like some HR companies, we are not a call centre.
