Provide CIC – Essex Working Well

Part of the Essex Wellbeing Service, Working Well provides Essex businesses (excluding Southend-On-Sea and Thurrock) with free workplace health and wellbeing support.

This support, commissioned by Essex County Council, consists of a range of workplace health and wellbeing programmes that will support you to recruit, support and retain staff. All of our programmes include free Mental Health First Aid England training:

• Mental Health Aware – for any size of business wanting to increase mental health literacy and support
• Business Park programme – free MHFA England training, on-site NHS Health Checks, Business Support, Cyber security training, funding from Active Essex, eLearning
• Small Business Wellbeing Award – let us help you develop a wellbeing programme and support that will grow with your business
• Working Well Accreditation – ongoing programme of holistic health and wellbeing, that recognises and awards your ongoing support for staff
