I love what I do but I can assure you I am not a typical Estate Agent! At least not like an Estate Agent you’ve met before. I prefer the term ‘Realtor’ and I say that with pride!

For me and the team it’s all about understanding peoples needs and getting into the motivation of what someone is hoping to achieve from a potential move. That means looking past the bricks and mortar and having our clients best interests at heart so it’s a win-win on all sides.

Far too long real estate/estate agency in the U.K. has been a pure transactional service. The remit for most estate agents has been to take on a property, hopefully sell it, EAT, SLEEP AND REPEAT!

This in essence is why I created my real estate business, because I have always been relationship focused with a fiduciary mindset instead of purely transactional. People may forget what you said or what you did but they will always remember how you made them feel!
