Essex Business Partnerships Charity Race Night in aid of the Endeavour Academy School (Special Needs School)

Join us for a fun packed evening of excitement and enjoyment. Bring family and friends to our race night and help raise funds for the Endeavour Co-operative Academy, a special school for children with Moderate Learning Difficulties aged between 5 and 19, in Brentwood. The school is moving to a new building where they will need help to kit the school out with much needed equipment.

Tickets, which are £25 per person, include a curry and a jockey in one of the races (if your jockey wins, you win a prize).

If you would like to take the opportunity to promote your organisation, before, during and after the event, we have several sponsorship packages available in conjunction with Phoenix FM Radio.

6 Race Sponsorships – £500 (We are looking for 5 more sponsors in this category)
Sponsorship of a race – name on the race programme 8 tickets
A horse sponsored in each of the 8 races (winning horses win a prize.)
Thanks and promotion on social media (Phoenix, EBP, and Endeavour)

Joint Lead sponsor – £1500 (We are looking for one more sponsor in this category)
Credit on The Endeavour radio campaign with Phoenix FM
Sponsorship of a race – name on the race programme 8 tickets

When registering your place please be aware:

1. Cancellation Policy – If you cancel your booking 48hrs, or more, prior to the event, then you can claim a refund of your ticket cost less any fees that may be assigned to your booking.
2. At the time of booking – Please confirm that as an attendee you would like/would not like your contact details shared with attendees following the event.
Please note; the attendee lists shared following our events are for the use of attendees only & cannot be shared with anyone else. As with any organisation we have a legal responsibility to protect the information (in particular people’s personal information) entrusted to us by our members.
3. Photography – Please note that photographs will be taken at events and used on our website and social media platforms. Please confirm that as an attendee you would like/would not like, yourself shown in these pictures.
4. Dietary Requirements – At the time of booking please confirm any dietary requirements.
