BULLETPROOF COACHING

Mind Matters

The aim of this talk is to help people change perspective and break down the stigma of mental health in the workplace so an environment can be built which supports the needs of all. It all starts with self-awareness & ownership, when we understand how our maps of reality are created. We can then better understand how other people function too, this can lead to more cohesion and less stress in the workspace and enhance our out of work experiences.
